Returns accepted ONLY on certain categories with restrictions. Read Below.

All allowable returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, No Damages or Stains, with original packaging and tags/ labels attached in place. The shipping charge in the order will NOT be refunded. Return Shipping charges will be adjusted in the returns and will NOT be refunded.

Take a clear and detailed video of opening the package and the product. Relevant video proof must be submitted for Damage claims. If not submitted, damage claims will be rejected.

Strictly NO Returns/NO Exchanges on below:

Pre-Order and custom stitched collections, In-Store Purchases and Store Pickup Orders, Specific Products - Sarees, Lehengas, Kids Wear, Inner wear, Jewelry, Sherwani, Safa, Juttis, Men's Silk Shirt (NO RETURNS). The Store decides if the product can be returned or not based upon the product and condition. 

Ship to Home Orders CANNOT be returned to Store since they are shipped from our warehouses.

If you force a return of product which is not accepted, restocking fee of 50% applies to any return. 

If returned to Store for any reason, shipping charges will be applied. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at chandlerfashionsecomm@gmail.com with the order number and details to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item. Proof of Purchase. 

STORE PURCHASES:

STRICTLY NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORE

Try the dresses in our fitting rooms, check the Jewelry in the store before purchase. Strictly NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGES. No Exceptions will be given. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you Force us for a return, a restocking fee of 50% is applicable. 

Disclaimer:

Indian Ethnic Dresses are rich in color and work. The fabric dyeing process is done is such a way to exhibit the brilliant colors. You can expect the colors to come out minimally during the initial wear. This is totally normal and acceptable.

Sarees are hand-woven. There would be Extra Threads, few dye spots and some imperfections during the crafty manufacturing process.

These will NOT be a reason for a Return or Exchange. We will NOT accept Returns/Exchanges for Color variations and Colors coming out.
