Thank you for your purchase. We make sure you are happy with your purchase. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit - certain products are exempted from returns. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We do a 360 degree inspection on the product and the packaging before shipping to the customer.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in place. The shipping charge in the order will NOT be refunded.

Pre-Order collections, In-Store Purchases, In-Store Pickup Orders, Specific Products - Sarees, Lehengas, Kids Wear, Jewelry - Strictly NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

Ship to Home Orders CANNOT be returned to Store since they are shipped from our warehouses. 

If returned to Store for any reason, shipping charges will be applied. 

Orders with Free Shipping: When products are returned and order value goes below $250, the shipping charge will be applied. Refund amount will be issued after inspection minus the shipping charge. 

In case of product or shipping damages, we would need a 360 Degree Video of Unboxing and opening the products Damages indicated in the products


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item. Proof of Purchase. Return Form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method and insurance to mail your return. If the return Package is lost during transit, we do not process the returns. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Below are the conditions where full refund is not applicable: 

    ●     Products that was Worn, Used, Stained and Improperly Handled. 

    ●     Products that are NOT in Original packed condition with the attached Tags

    ●     Goods in Damaged condition due to Mishandling, Excessive Wear and Tear, not following Wash care instructions.   

    ●     No Return, Refund and Exchange Available for Slight Color Variations and little spots. Due to Lighting and Photography, Slight Color Variation is possible   

    ●     No Return, Refund and Exchange Available for Special Orders and Custom Stitched products   

    ●     Clearance Items   

    ●     Pre-Ordered items that needs special order and Shipment   

    ●     Goods Damaged or Lost in Return Shipment
