Return Policy
ONLINE ORDERS:
Returns accepted ONLY on certain categories with restrictions. Read Below.
All allowable returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached in place. The shipping charge in the order will NOT be refunded.
Strictly NO Returns/NO Exchanges on below:
Pre-Order collections, In-Store Purchases and Store Pickup Orders, Specific Products - Sarees, Lehengas, Kids Wear, Inner wear, Jewelry, Sherwani, Safa, Juttis (NO RETURNS). The Store decides if the product can be returned or not based upon the product and condition.
Ship to Home Orders CANNOT be returned to Store since they are shipped from our warehouses.
If you force a return of product which is not accepted, restocking fee of 35% applies to any return.
If returned to Store for any reason, shipping charges will be applied.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at chandlerfashionsecomm@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item. Proof of Purchase.
STORE PURCHASES:
NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORE
Try the dresses in our fitting rooms, check the Jewelry in the store before purchase. Strictly NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGES. No Exceptions will be given. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you Force us for a return, a restocking fee of 35% is applicable.
